CAST BIOS

Clayton Dains… Gomez

Clayton is thrilled to be part of his third NYT production and to work with such an incredible cast! Previous stage credits include Frozen (Prince Hans), Percy Jackson: The Musical (Ensemble), Beauty and the Beast (Gaston), Fairytale High (Gaston/Flynn Rider), and Beetlejuice: The Musical (Ensemble). Clayton would like to thank his parents, Erik and Denine, for their constant love and support, and his audition coach, Jenna, for her invaluable guidance. He is especially grateful for the opportunity to bring Gomez to life and to share the stage with so many talented performers. Outside of theater, Clayton enjoys writing, music, and exploring creative projects. He hopes you enjoy the show!

Ryah Swan… Morticia

Ryah is absolutely exuberant to be part of her ninth NYT show! Since beginning theater three years ago, she has developed a true passion for performing and the arts. Favorite past roles include Newsies (Race), Be More Chill (Ensemble), Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief (Clarisse), and Something Rotten! (Madonna Nostradamus). When not onstage, Ryah enjoys painting, rollerblading, baking, and making resin art for her small business (@ry_arts.138). She is deeply grateful to NYT for the friendships, growth, and inspiration it has given her. Ryah also thanks her family, friends, and the production team for their endless support. Enjoy the show!

Ashlyn Swedberg… Wednesday

Ashlyn is beyond thrilled to perform in her first NYT production and her thirty-second musical overall! As a senior in high school, Ashlyn hopes to pursue musical theater when she graduates. In “Full Disclosure,” this amazing show may not be “One Normal Night,” but the whole audience will definitely be “Pulled” in a new direction. She gives a huge thank you to her castmates and directors for putting on this fantastic musical and for her family’s endless support! All glory to God! Enjoy the show!

Zavien McNair… Pugsley

ZaVien is excited to make his debut performance with NYT in his dream role as Pugsley, with this incredible cast. His love for performing/storytelling began at the age of three with Kinetic Movement Dance Academy and has been performing on stages from Denver to Arizona. Some of his favorite credits are: Singing in the Rain Jr., The Adams Family Jr., Seussical Jr., Mary Poppins Jr., Carousel, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He would like to thank God, his family, and friends for all their love and support.

Kathryn “Ohio” Palmer… Alice

Kathryn never thought she’d see the day that her geographical nickname and her character’s state of origin would converge, but it’s happening, on her 10th NYT show, no less. She’s very excited to be in The Addams Family! You may also remember her from such roles as Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Mother Superior in Sister Act, Portia in Something Rotten, and Miranda in The Tempest. She’d like to thank her ever-supportive family, and formally apologize for the kookiness of this show. It’s off the charts, someone really should’ve issued a warning for the sake of those lacking whimsy.
