Northglenn Parks, Recreation & Culture Long-Range Plan

It seems like just yesterday we opened the doors of our beautiful new Parsons Theatre! In the midst of celebrating this successful community gem, we must keep striving and evolving our arts and culture programs to meet the growing and changing needs of our community! For the next several months, the Northglenn Arts and Humanities Foundation and the City of Northglenn are taking an in-depth look at our arts and culture programming and facilities to develop a Long-Range Plan to guide our work for the next 10-15 years. We want to prepare for future growth and ensure our programs are growing and changing with our community and beyond. Our goal is to make Northglenn a beacon for the arts in the north metro area.

Why do we Plan?

Through our work on the long-range plan, we will solidify the relevance, impact and influence of our arts and cultural programming and activities within our community. The plan will build a roadmap to identify and successfully achieve our goals for the future. But a successful plan only comes from collaboration and input with the community—we need your help envisioning our future together!

How can you get involved?

We want to hear your thoughts and ideas about the future of Northglenn Arts! Explore this page for opportunities to engage with the planning process and provide input, such as taking an online survey or attending our upcoming open-house. Also look for our pop-up booths at community events and in the lobby of the Parsons Theatre. On-line Survey will open April 6th.

SURVEY:

How do you envision the future of Northglenn’s Parks, Recreation & Culture department? We want to hear your voice as we prepare the Northglenn Playbook — the department’s long-range plan that includes Northglenn Arts. Take the survey here!
